Service Description

Are you struggling to get that perfect silky milk texture or pour a symetrical tulip? If so, then this workshop is just what you need! Those of you who know Cole will have seen his amazing latte art! In this practical session he will demonstrate techniques, get you steaming and pouring, and give you detailed personalized feedback on what you need to continue working on. This 90-minute workshop is limited to just five particpants so you get the hands-on attention you need. We provide all the equipment, coffee and milk (whole and oat) you need, but you are also welcome to bring your favorite pitcher along if you want to. We will look at the fundementals of steaming milk and different designs. The session is suitable for beginner to intermediate levels and we will give you tips to progress your latte art to the next level. We can also record pours on your phone so you can see the strengths and weaknesses in your technique. This session is taught by Cole Reyes who is the manager at Curious Coffee and has extensive experience working as barista trainer at a number of cafes incuding La Cabra NYC! The workshop was put together in close collaboration with Mike Bawden - head of education at Curious Coffee who has over twenty years experience in course desgin, teaching and teacher training.
