Currently this espresso is a blend of a washed coffee from Peru (see webshop for details on this one - also sold as a single origin coffee), an Ethiopian coffee from the Guji region which will soon be available here as a single origin and the Jairo Arcila pink bourbon - also sold here. To be honest this coffee should be more expensive but I really want to have a high quality and affordable espresso blend on the menu, so grab a bag while it lasts. Also for those who like a medium roast coffee for filter, this also works well as an approachable and clean but not overpowering daily driver. It's lower acidity than almost all my other coffees and roasted a shade darker.
