A beautiful washed typica from the wonderful Paola Trujillo! This coffee is everything I want from a washed process gem - with mouthwatering stone fruit, sweet muscavado sugar and zingy lime notes!

Brewing: roasted primarily for filter coffee, but can also definitely be brewed as espresso.
Rest from roast date: 2 weeks minimum.
