When Okan from Nako NYC approached us and asked if we wanted to release a special coffee together to celebrate their one year anniversary and the special Curious x Nako relationship it was clear that the answer was a resounding YES! We set about looking for the perfect coffee for this project and knew just what we were looking for. From our first conversation in January it took some time to realize the launch of this very special geisha, but we're just thrilled with the result! This geisha has great intensity and a unique profile. The tropical fruit notes combined with a velvety mouthfeel make me sure that this coffee will be a hit! We have limited stock of this coffee and it is only available at Curious and Nako so grab a bag while you can!

Marlon Bolaños is a new producer for us and we're looking forward to tasting more coffees from him in the near future.  Marlon grew up knowing coffee as his family’s livelihood, but it wasn’t until a barismo course at 17 that he began to see its deeper potential. What started as curiosity became commitment: planting different varieties, refining fermentation through trial and error, and building Three Coffee Farmers alongside his two brothers. From the spring water filtered through rock on his farm — now known among competitors as “champions’ water” — to his dream of producing a winning auction lot, Marlon represents a new generation of producers shaping their future with intention, patience, and vision.
