Brewing: a sweet and rich coffee which works so well as filter and fruit-forward and lighter bodied espresso. Bright, floral and fruity!
This is the second chiroso from Liliana Ramirez that we've offered and it really stood out in the cupping table. The first time we offered this coffee last year it became a staff and customer favourite and I think this one is even better!
Liliana Ramírez has been producing the Caturra Chiroso variety and a few bushes of the Catimor variety for seven years now on her tiny plot of just 0.5 hectares. Liliana has worked hard on the quality of her coffee and worked closely with the support of Nikolai Fürst of desarrolladores de cafe. The results show in this chiroso - a delicious coffee with notes of yellow fruits and incredible sweetness richness and complexity. Liliana also has a strong on the conservation of native flora and fauna on her small farm in the Anza region of Colombia.
