This is a classic washed geisha from Jorge Rojas’s farm Finca La Roca in Tolima, Colombia. This coffee expresses bright citrus and florals backed up by high sweetness and resulting in a very balanced coffee. This light filter roast is best enjoyed starting around three weeks after roast.
