Orange, chocolate and a hint of gingerbread spice!
This holiday blend is designed to do it all! It is delicate and complex enough to be enjoyed black and also works great with milk. With this coffee I wanted to create a delicious and festive blend that is a real crowd pleaser. I imagine a situation where people are perhaps brewing this coffee for family and friends perhaps armed only with a hand grinder, perhaps brewing with less than perfect water and for people who have a variety of taste preferences.
This blend is made with three of our very popular single origin offerings. The red honey process danche brings sweet orange notes and florals, fazenda Matao incredible sweetness and notes of chocolate, and the topazio variety from Fazenda Guariroba adds a delicious gingerbread note to round it off.
