This lot from Fazenda Santa Cruz is what we use for our house espresso. Its clean and chocolate forward with very high sweetness and low acidity. This is a real crowd pleaser and works well as an easy going filter, a rich espresso or paired with milk. Enjoy this coffee while it lasts.
