I love bright, juicy and clean coffees and I only select coffees that I can get excited about regardless of their score or price point. By focusing on light and fast roasting, we preserve the inherent acidity, sweetness, clarity, and complexity of each coffee.
The process begins with sourcing exceptional green coffees from renowned farms around the world. Coffee is roasted to order in very small batches. For each coffee I look for a roast profile that gives me the flavors I'm looking for in that coffee and gives a bright and balanced cup. Cupping and brewing my coffees I use the Lotus Products Coffee Water Drops, which help to bring out the best flavors and ensure consistency for those people brewing the coffee at home.
