Courses start in January 2025. Sign up for our newsletter to avoid disappointment. This course is designed to get you brewing great coffee at home. In this hands-on course participants get to try different easy methods and brewers and taste different single origin coffees. The course duration is 3 hours and priced at 95 USD per participant. It's limited to eight participants so you get the hands-on attention you need. You will leave having tried a range of different coffees and with a great idea of how to get brewing good coffee at home. I will provide resource materials and course notes so that during the course we can really make the most of the time experimenting together and brewing coffee. This will not be a three hour lecture on the history of coffee or the science of coffee extraction! This course is taught by Mike Bawden who has twenty years’ experience in course design and teaching. It will be relaxed and fun and you'll leave equipped with new skills and knowledge.
